• If the Surface Pro 4 has a slot for it...it will work. I'm using one in my Windows tablet with no problems.

• I use them in my Surface Pro 4 review pictures taken from different trail camera so the answer is yes

• Yes it will. I use it in my 2 different trail cameras and use my Surface PRO 3 and Surface PRO 4 to display my captures. They work quite well indeed.

• It works with my Surface Pro 3. I dont see why it wouldnt work with a Pro 4.
