• If it’s an SD card gadget that’s older than five years or so, you might doublecheck in advance to see if it can recognize this card. Some older devices won’t recognize large-capacity cards or newer disk formats. I ran into that with an older Nikon Coolpix. My new Sony 4K video camera recognized it, and so did both my 2012 pc running Windows 8 and my new iMac.
