• This should work with the Sony Cybershot DSC-HX50V. My husband uses this brand memory card with his Nikon, but I inserted one of his cards in my Sony Cybershot DSC-HX50V and the camera recognized the card.

• I don't own a Cybershot. But if your camera supports sd card the all you need to check what's the highest memory it supports. As per Sony it supports up to 64 GB on SD card. So the answer could be yes http://docs.esupport.sony.com/dvimag/DSCHX50_HX50V_guide/en/contents/12/01/05/05.html
