• A:Answer Have you tried sliding the little slider on the side of the SD Card? Its a physical lock that keeps data from being written and or removed from the card. Tiny little up down switch near the 64 gb marker, shows a small pad lock image.

While the camera supports UHS-I, it can still use UHS-II cards—they’ll simply operate at UHS-I speeds. This means you won’t get the full speed benefit of the card, but it will function properly for storing high-resolution images and videos. However, we suggest to connect with the Nikon support for more compatibility information and to use a UHS-I SD card.

Q: QuestionIs the SDXC card compatible with a MacBook laptop and also to read Restored data on a card? Do you have to have a password to get into it?

• A:Answer Hi Nick, Please know that the SanDisk Extreme Pro SDXC UHS-II card is compatible with MacBook, but your laptop must have an SD card slot or you need to use a card reader. If the card is formatted in a supported file system (exFAT, FAT32, or macOS Extended), macOS can read the restored data. Unless encryption or any security is used when storing data, you do not need a password to access the card.
