- Answer Please allow us to inform you that the date of picture is stored in the metadata of the image and once you backup the pictures from the iOS device to the SanDisk® iXpand USB 3.0 please use the sorting options so that you can sort pictures with date, time etc.

QuestionIf I transfer my photos to I Xpand will the photos be saved if I delete them off my phone. I have I cloud but if I delete a photo it deletes them from my icloud.

- Answer Absolutely. Your photos will stay on the iXpand until you delete them. You may download them to your computer or leave them on the IXpand.

QuestionWhere do I find SELECT ALL to send all 600 photos on my ixpand to my iCloud as back up? ( Saving to my iPhone 6s is not an option). I'm asking how to transfer MULTIPLE photos from ixpand to icloud (verses doing so individually 600 times)

- Answer After you upload them to scan disk, open iCloud and put your scan disk into your PC USB and then you can transfer files.
