I used iXpand for backup. I was unaware of HEIC iPhone setting default. iXpand backed up most of my images except 1100~ HEIC, mov, pgn images weren’t backed up.
Was I supposed to change a setting before starting? How do I backup these images? null

Additionally, support for the iXpand app has now ended. We recommend using the SanDisk Memory Zone app for iOS, which works seamlessly with your iXpand Flash Drive Go. Please install it and try backing up again for the best results.
