• I don't claim to be an expert cause I'm absolutely not but I've shot plenty of 4k video with no issues. Currently 2 hours worth and I still have plenty of space. I haven't experienced any lag although I haven't tried continuous photo shooting.

• According to the package, up to 60MB/s write speed and up to 90MB/s read. That's what's on the package. Note the "up to" which is their way of hedging their bets. But for me, it's fast enough
