• Type C is the usb port on most android devices now. This flash drive has both type c and regular usb, so you can save files and transfer between device. Hope this helps

• A 10 second Google search will show you that Type C USB is a small, symmetric, oval-shaped connection. Just about all smartphones and many laptops are switching from the standard Type A micro for the former and Type A for the latter. Some laptops support both Type A and Type C connections.
