I wouldn't think so. I reformatted mine to NTFS which Vista should not have any problems with. Unfortunately, I don't have a Vista system to test it on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This should work on any Vista machine, but unlikely the system supports the faster USB 3.0, so drive will likely run at the slower USB 2.0 on the Vista machine, but a newer USB 3.0 port on newer computer will copy the data so fast
