• yes if you load mp3's load them not in a folder just loosely

• That has nothing to do with the type of usb drive you get, it has to do with your media system on your car.

• Yes, but it’s best to put your playlists in folders and within the playlist put a number in front of the songs if you wish to play in a specific order.
