In order to know if your laptop has an internal 2.5" SATA slot, it would be best to contact Dell Customer Support as they would have all the technical specifications for your laptop.

• In short yes. But it doesn't require a specific CPU. It does however require a motherboard with an open SATA port and a 15-pin power connection from the PSU. And of course space for the SSD to fit into a mounted bracket.
