Please try again later.Keep in mind that this is meant to replace a platter style drive, and that the newest laptops have m.2 style drives that actually look like a sideways memory stick and do not use the SATA connecters. I have one of the SATA SSD drives in and old Toshiba Satellite P505D-s8935, but it is a lower capacity model. The only thing I noticed is that these drives are quite a bit thinner than the old platter drives, but in my case this was a benefit for internal air flow. I am very happy with this drive so far. The drive pictured went into a Dell Vostro, also with no problems at all.
