Yes you could have it as a secondary storage device, I have another SSD with windows and just have this for a bit of extra space.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This can easily be set up as a secondary drive. Connect it to the system to the correct SATA connector as secondary and it will work as a storage device separate from an existing primary (boot) drive.
