Yes, This would work for a MacBook.

As long as your MacBook Pro will accept a 2.5" SATA hard drive, then this SSD drive should work.

If you are able to remove your HDD, this SSD will work. Just make sure to have a usb to SATA connector to clone your HDD to SSD.
