• No you have to buy a case with mounting screws to mount the drive. It's an approx. $10.00 item you'll probably need.

• Mine came with a cord that you plug into the drive and a usb connection on the other end. It should work well with a windows pc. I had to buy a connector for my MacBook Pro from Best Buy that you plug into the MacBook Pro and then into the usb end.

• No, it does not but Best Buy sells inexpensive SSD mounts that this drive easily fits into so it can be installed into a 3.5 inch drive bay.
