• Hi, please be informed that if your Lenovo desktop has an internal 2.5" SATA slot, then you can connect and use this SSD Drive in it. In order to know if your desktop has an internal 2.5" SATA slot, it would be best to contact Lenovo Customer Support as they would have all the technical specifications for your desktop.

• Usually desktop computers have a 3.5” drive. However, this is a 2.5” inch drive, so you will need to mount it somehow. Bestbuy has a mount kit for about $10. I have used that, and I have used command strips to mount these drives since they are so light. You need a way to remove it again if you need to service. That is why I recommend Command Strips rather than traditional double sided tape. With command strips, you just pull the tab and it comes right off / out.
