Most assuredly, assuming each of your computers has at least one USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 port. This thumb drive will work in USB 2.0 slots, but it won't be as fast as if it were plugged into a USB 3.0 slot.

Compatibilty once you get the flash drive on your windows 10 will depend on the program used to create the files. You can save them but they may not work without the same program on each computer.
