• I sadly don't think it can. I personally don't know if you can even do something like that. But From my experience with using this drive, I can say with confidence. It wont.

• This is ideal for creating a Windows Recovery Drive and I presume this was what you meant to ask. I'm not sure why you'd need a flash drive just to change your password.
