“Is this flash drive Fat32?”

• Yes. I have just put a brand-new shrink-wrapped genuine SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive in my PC (Windows 10) and Properties says it is formatted with FAT32.

• No, the SanDisk® Ultra USB 3.0 64GB USB Drives comes in pre-formatted exFAT file system. However, you can format this USB Drive in FAT32 file system.
