• In fact, if you don't format to NTFS you may not be able to copy large files to this drive and may be missing some tags. The copy function will warn you when you try.

• Yes, this drive can be formatted to NTFS. You need to use a formaiting program, either one built into your OS or another program.

• Yes it can be formatted to NTFS. It comes Fat32 but a quick reformat will do the trick.
