• Yes, all the SanDisk® Drives are backward compatible hence the USB side of the Dual Drive will work with USB 2.0 port.

• Yes. Any USB3.0 flash drive is backwards compatible with USB2.0 (and theoretically, technically even back to USB1.0); it will just work at the lower transfer speeds.
