• Yes it works with Note 3, I also tried using Micro to normal usb converter cable ( < $2 from ebay) to connect normal USB flash drive, PC Keyboard and Mouse and all worked for me.

• Not sure... if you can connect a regular micro usb charging cable to it then i dont see why not...
