• Yes. This will work on most to all Android powered phones with Micro-usb connection.

• most android phones have a Micro USB connector for charging this plugs in to that same connector once you connect you should see a notification in your phone tap it and a file explorer window will show you contents of this drive

• It does work with first gen phone. But it doesn't work with cricket phones.

• Yeah! as long as it is micro USB 2.0 interface, which I'm 99% positive the Moto G is.
