• yes it does! I only have a raspberry two and three to test with but it worked on both of them without any issue!!

• I have raspberry pi 3 the standard usb is built into it and works quite well with usb drives I don't see any problems

• I don't know about the micro port considering that normally is used for power, but it works fine using the normal usb port for my Pi 2.
