“Every time I plug it into my iPhone pro16 it tells me to check compatibility. I went to Best Buy for appointment with Geek Squad. They don’t know why it won’t work. I purchased it several months ago anticipating help and can’t return it.”

• I use iPad mini it should sometimes gotta use a power adapter it might work
