I use iPad mini it should sometimes gotta use a power adapter it might work

We recommend you use Apple's Files app to access the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go USB Type-A/USB Type-C flash drive, as it does not support the SanDisk Memory Zone application on iOS. However, you can use the same flash drive using the SanDisk Memory Zone Explore application on an Android.
