The SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go uses USB-A and USB-C connectors, and while the iPhone 16 Pro supports USB-C, the phone’s case or port design can sometimes prevent a proper fit. We recommend removing any protective case and trying again. Also, please know the drive can be accessed using Apple's Files app. If the issue persists, please open a ticket at (https://support-en.sandisk.com/app/askweb) with some images showing how you are trying to connect the drive.
