Yes, it is formatted for PC and Mac

I'm a Mac user & I have a 64GB and a 128 GB.Love em! Its formatted for PC but can easily be reformatted for Mac.

It comes formatted to NTFS, but you can use the disk management utility in Windows to format the drive to exFAT, or you can use a free app like fat32format to format the drive to Fat32. It is just a memory stick or thumb drive and should work as soon as you plug it in.

The flash drive is formatted for both. I use mine on a MacBook Pro. I hope that helps. Oh, the instructions stated the flash drive works on either platforms, PC or MAC. Cheers.
