Depends on how large your games are and how many you plan to keep on it. That will determine if it is large enough - your usage will, not the size of the drive as packaged.

It depends on what you want to do if you plan on doing any game emulation no I have a two terabyte WD portable hard drive attached to mine and I'm 3/4 full but I'm also running everything from Atari to PS1
