Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with it! A couple things you can try: Make sure you insert it into a USB 3.0/3.1 port if your laptop has one. Try it on a different computer to see if it shows up. Sometimes it needs to be formatted before the laptop can recognize it. You can do this in Disk Management (Windows) or Disk Utility (Mac). If none of that works, it may be a faulty drive — in that case I’d suggest exchanging it at Best Buy or reaching out to SanDisk support. Mine has been working fine, so hopefully it’s just a simple fix on your end.
