No. The SIM card has nothing to do with storage, rather it's what connects your phone to your cellular provider (AT&T, T-Mobile, etc). And iPhones don't allow you to use SD cards anyway.

No, Apple doesn’t allow you to expand memory. You have to purchase what size memory you want when you buy your phone.
