“I purchased a SanDisk - Ultra Plus 128GB SDXC UHS-I for my D3500. What is the difference from this on and the other Ultra Plus 128GB SDXC? I notice on the front of the other one that it has 80 MB/s and U1. The one I have has 130 MB/S and does not have U1”

the 130mb/s is the write speed, it indicates how quickly digital information can be stored to the disk, generally you want the highest for highest quality. The U1 is just another indication of said speed.
