• Removing the disk from your device (as long as the power to the device is off) should not erase the card's memory upon removal or re-installation unless your device automatically wipes a new cards memory once input.

• Yes you can take it out and play your music on any device that will accept the card. Also make sure the format you use is accept WinAmp, MP4, MP3, ACC ect.
