Possible solution depending on your camera model is checking the memory card slot cover. If the memory card lid of your camera says SD Duo Pro or something else you need to buy that card.     • Answer There is a slide knob on the left side of the card as you look at it. It is in the down position next to a picture of a padlock that is closed. Slide the knob up all the way and your card should be unlocked when you put it back in the camera.
