• It won't work you need a BS SD HC10 card instead,"JK" FOR REAL THOUGH, IF I'M UNDERSTANDING YOUR QUESTION CORRECTLY. Then you have to actually go to your settings on your phone and look for your storage settings, click on storage and it should bring you to the menu where you can use the SD card or format it

• Try turning the phone off before putting SD card in then turn the phone back on. Go to settings & change from internal to SD. Hope this helps :)
