• You don't say how it got cracked. I would say that Sandisk will not cover it because of the damage. You could always call Sandisk and see what they have to say.

• Yes, if you bought it new and it came cracked. Probably no, if it was damaged after purchase, but you should contact sandisk just to check. Hope that helps.
