• Try reading your manual or just ask Google or Alexa or Bing, even try YouTube or Wikihow. Someone has come up against the same questions & believe me they have someone who has posted the answer.

• Try returning it and swapping it out for an SD HC Card instead of the XC. Also look on the back of package & make sure it can handle the job that you need it for. SD Cards go from 1 to 10 and now they're making them above 10. Call the Help Line on the back of your packaging and they should be able to answer any other questions you might have

• You need to use the cards larger card "house" to fit into cameras. As long as your Canon can use a stand and WE card it should work
