“This brand unlike my others is shifting and my Samsung is not staying affixed close to the wall. How to tighten is as it’s 2 years old. I’m very upset as it has a mind of its own and didn’t when needed. All we did was leave it on the wall in 1 position”

Hi there, Sorry to hear that. This is very frustrating. Is your wall plate level both horizontally and vertically? Sometimes if it's not level it can shift a little.
