“The TV installed on this mount in the kitchen is crooked - the left side droops compared to the right when you look at it from the front. How do you adjust that back to level?”

• I had that problem too, but I called the help line and they assisted me with the problem. There's another small screw that goes into the side of the arm, I had over looked it when I installed the wall mount. The help line number is on the instructions.
