“How do you remove the TV from the mount. The techs did not leave the directions”

• there ARE TWO SPRING LOADED CLIPS ON THE BRACKET THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE TV. jUST PULL THEM SO THE TV IS RELEASED FROM THE BRACKET. THERE ALSO ARE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE PAPERWORK.

• Disconnect all the cables. Then unlock the TV from the wall plate. Lift the release latch on both brackets. Then lift the TV up and off of the wall plate. Below is the link to the IM for reference. https://www.sanus.com/assets/products/blt3/documents/BLT3_IM_210720.pdf Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS
