“I see two different answers both by sanus and need to know which is accurate. Can this soecific mount be adjusted higher or lower and by how many inches? The owners manual says yes but doesn’t say by how much. Also in the q&a here sanus says yes and no.”

You can't adjust your tv vertically if that is what you're asking. You can tilt it up and down. You can adjust the TV horizontally.
