Will my frame tv sit flat in the wall with this mount? null

It won't be flat, it will stick out about 5 inches

Not too flat. But a decent distance from the wall.

In (only) my opinion, It (can) will be perfectly vertical, if you wish, but it's not really close or flat to the wall because of the adjustment capability. I have ROKU plugged into a back HDMI port and ROKU needs to be reset by unplugging it every 2 months or so (like your computer or phone). There are really flat mounts out there but can be impractical from time to time.
