Hello, Old TV removal and taking down an existing mount are services provided by the retailer or their installation partner (e.g., Best Buy’s Geek Squad) — not something SANUS handles directly. Whether the tech will remove your old TV and uninstall the previous mount depends on the installation options you selected with Best Buy at the time of purchase. We recommend contacting Best Buy or your installer to confirm what services are included in your appointment.
