• I counted 22 turns of the adjustment screws from top to bottom. I would estimate the total travel to be about 1 inch. I ended up positioning the adjuster in the middle when I hung the TV and then needed to lower it about 1/2 inch. I ended up going all the way to the bottom, and luckily this is where I wanted the TV.

• There is no up and down adjustment. The only adjustments that you have are tilt forward and you can also slide it left and right on the bracket.
