• Are used an anchor called a flip toggle at Home Depot. They’re rated to 106 pounds each I was able to go into the drywall itself without anchoring into a stud, and I’ve had no problems.

• Yes run for strips to pick up another stud or multiple anchors in the Sheetrock will work. If it’s heavy try to his a second stud with for strip.
