• I would estimate the distance from the back of the TV to the wall to be about 2 inches.

• This mount can be pushed in or pulled out about 6 inches. I’m not talking about tilt at all I’m talking completely vertical. Back of tv is about 1.4 inches from wall if pushed all the way in. This is the best mount I have ever seen. Truly flexible in terms of install and usability.
