“Can you order extra screws to mount brackets to tv? We have new tv and want to use this mount as already on wall however old screws on back of tv are too large for new tv. New TV is LG 55UM73”

Hi Mom4, Yes, you can order extra screws to mount to the brackets. You would probably need to order a universal TV mounting hardware pack unless you know the exact size of the screws needed.
