Hey Mike, Yes this mount is compatible with your specific TV. This mount can support your TVs 300x300mm VESA pattern and your TV is under the mounts 150lbs weight limit. The mount sits .67" off the wall, but it should have room for power and HDMI cable. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

yes it will fit, this mount does not tilt.
