“I am mtg. an 82" Samsung with the BLL2. The TV is 41" tall which puts the bottom of the pull strings about 11" from the bottom of the TV. NO WAY can you reach 11" into the 0.67" gap! Are longer strings available? "Hokey" Alternative - tie strings on !”

Since the maximum size for the mount is 64 inches I wouldn't recommend use the mount for a bigger and heavier tv. Not to say you cant use it for larger but you've just described on reason they would indicate a size limit. A manufacturer wan tree s their product to be used by the widest range of buyers so if they put a limit they do so to limit liability and returns by folkes using the product outside the recommended range. You could try tying string extensions using ropes or heavy gauge rubber coated electrical wire to the existing pulls. If you want to chance using it.
