Hello Nicholas, Removing the TV from the wall plate is simple! Just pull down on the release cords and hold them down while pulling the TV away from the wall. You should then be able to lift the TV off the wall plate. This can be found on page 21 of your installation manual. Or you can always call us at 800-359-5520.
