Hi Tammy, The best way to determine if this will work with your TV is to plug in the exact model # to our selection assistant here: http://mf1.bestbuy.selectionassistant.com/. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure about the 70 inch tv but a word of caution about the sound bar mounts. I had the intention of using the Rocketfish sound bar mount (RF-SBM101) with this mount but this mount sits the tv so close to the wall that it made the bottom of the tv stick out quite dramatically. I even tried replacing the large knobs with standard 1/4"-20 nuts which helped some but it still is pretty noticeable. I ended up having to attach the soundbar directly to the wall. There might be other soundbar mounts out there that will work but just keep that in mind while your looking.
